Alex Bucknall is Senior Engineer at the Arribada Initiative, a non-profit that focuses on technology research and development for conservation.

From 2018–2023, he worked as a Software Engineer with Balena. He has held various evangelist and coaching roles including with Pycom, SIGFOX, and Major League Hacking.
